I was at my property northwest of missionary plantation this weekend and noticed a company appears to be preparing to drill a well adjacent to my property. No one has contacted me about leasing and I was wondering what my fist step should be. I do not know the adjacent landowners or what company is drilling. Does anyone have advice ?
