Both the 4M TP & Scoggins have been producing since April. You probably should (I would) send a demand letter. Be sure to also request payment of interest due on the royalties. If you are not familiar with what a demand letter entails I suggest you consult an oil & gas attorney for help.

Looks like the log jam might have cleared on the scoggins #1H as I received a check from
EOG January 14 for payment from april 2011. How about that for good news
