Anyone heard anything about either of these two wells?  I see the drilling rigs have left.

Not that I've seen...

Looks like the frac job has begun on the Scoggins Unit.

 

They started this well in Dec. We have been told we would get division orders and a check this week. It has not happened . EOG has given us the run around. At one time this summer we were told it was producing. Does anyone have information on why they keep putting us off?

Both the 4M TP & Scoggins have been producing since April.  You probably should (I would) send a demand letter.  Be sure to also request payment of interest due on the royalties.  If you are not familiar with what a demand letter entails I suggest you consult an oil & gas attorney for help.

Looks like the log jam might have cleared on the scoggins #1H as I received a check from

EOG January 14 for payment from april 2011. How about that for good news

Have heard that some royalty payments for 4M TP were received at least by November.
