Royalties values
Does anybody know what royalties in Amite county might be worth?
I have had a couple offers and my nephew just sold some at 2 grand an acre. Is that Good? and if so for which party???? :>) or ;>(

Royalty value is determined by the specific location of the minerals, the royalty percentage in your lease and, to a lesser extent, which company would be most likely to drill the wells under that lease. Without those specifics anything would be a guess.
