Thanks les, I already know about this unit in Desoto Parish, but I was informed by a petrohawk rep that we have an additional 400 ac. in Angelina County, TX. how would I go about retracting that info. I've been so concerned about our properties in 24 and 25-11-12 that this an extra headache, mind you not that Encana have already paid royalty out in my mothers name to an address in dallas. maybe this could be the tract of land that was producing that payment. We have a louisiana attorney now, will we need a Texas lawyer for this matter...
