Checking to see since the Discovery Well in Angelina County was drilled if any update on any more activity planned for this county? Our Family has mineral rights in Section A-19 and was contacted in past by Encana and Tyler group that was low balling everyone on leasing, but was stopped at end of progress when they pulled the plug.

If you want to sell the surface, there is no problem with that. You will want to make sure and reserve the minerals when you deed the property, as you do not want to sell the minerals. Most likely they would want to lease 5 to 7 acres of your surface and not buy it, but you never know. Sam
