This is a vertical or directional well permitted to 9000'.  By the depth, I would say this is a Wilcox well.

Wilcox E referenced in application. Eola Field had produced over 4.5 million BO from mostly Wilciox to date with some oil also from Cockfield. Figure this is a field extension well.

I would have thought well over 4.5 million since Sid Richardson drilled the first well in the late 1930's.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
