Do you think they'll ever get down to Sec 31 T 21N R 1E? They leased as far south as the north shore of the lake. My lease included provisions for a well pad.

The process of stepping out from the currently defined pressure fairway will begin with the spudding of the wells for these units hopefully in the near future.  The well for the North Farmerville Field will be approximately 2+ miles NE of your section.  The unit application is an indication that SWN considers your area a priority from the standpoint of exploration and potentially holding lease rights.  The clock is ticking on lease term expirations and SWN needs to look at as much rock as possible in 2014.  If the well drilled in the North Farmerville unit is economic that will be a good turn of events for your mineral interest.
