Freestone County
XTO Energy will drill the Holt Gas Unit Well No. 1 to 10,600 feet 1.3 miles southwest of Streetman in the Cheneyboro (Cotton Valley) Field. It is in the M. Howard Survey, A-267 and may be drilled in a wildcat field.

XTO Energy will drill two wells. The C.E. Turner Gas Unit No. 1 Well No. 2 will hit 12,300 feet 3.1 miles southeast of Kirvin in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field. It is in the S.T. Ballou Survey, A-54.

The Worthy “A” Gas Unit Well No. 7 will hit 13,600 feet 2.7 miles northwest of Donie in the Freestone (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field in the J.L. Chavert Survey, A-10.

Leon County
EnCana Oil & Gas will drill the A. D. Carr Well No. 7 TO 22,000 feet 3.9 miles northwest of Wealthy in the Hilltop Resort (Bossier) Field. It is in the J.M. Viesca Survey, A-30.

XTO Energy will drill the Varibus Well No. 8H and the Fullen Gas Unit Well No. 4H in the Bear Grass (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field.

The No. 8H will hit 19,000 feet six miles northwest of Jewett in the I. Connelly Survey, A-1152. It may be drilled in the Bear Grass (Pettit) Field.

The No. 4H well will hit 20,000 feet 5.2 miles northwest of Jewett in the W.F. Gray Survey, A-296. The well may be drilled in the Bear Grass (Pettit or Travis) Fields.

Robertson County
EnCana Oil & Gas will drill the McLean Well No. A7, the McLean Well No. D5 and the Southworth Well No. 3.

The No. A 7 and the No. D5 will hit 22,000 feet in the John Amoruso (Bossier) Field and is in the P/Grande Pereira, J&M Survey, A-32.

The No. A 7 is 9.7 miles northeast of Franklin and the No. D5 is 11.1 miles northeast of Franklin. The wells may be drilled in the Hilltop Resort (Bossier) Field.

The No. 3 will hit 22,000 feet 12.2 miles northeast of Franklin in the Hilltop Resort (Bossier) This well is in the J.M. Viesca Survey, A-46.

The FM 2096 SWD Well No. 1 will be drilled to 8,000 feet 13.3 miles northeast of Franklin in the Bald Prairie (Travis Peak) Field by XTO Energy. It is in the M. De La Concepcion Marquez Survey, A-25.

Clayton Energies will drill the Sanders-Cash West Unit Well No. 1 to 7,000 feet in a lease 6.75 miles southeast of Hearne in the Giddings (Austin Chalk-3) Field. It is in the G.A. Nixon Survey, A-31.

COMPLETION

Freestone County
The West “B” Well No. 6 has been completed by Anadarko Petroleum to a depth of 13,050 feet 1.9 miles southeast of Donie in the Bear Grass Field. On a 48/64-inch choke the well potentialed 2.983 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley Consolidated.

XTO Energy completed the W.A. Keils Gas Unit Well No. 6 to 12,506 feet 2.8 miles southeast of Teague. On a 48/64-inch choke the well potentialed 2.435 million cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.

Leon County
Wildco Resources completed the Walker G.U. 1 Well No. 4-Csg to 10,867 feet four miles northwest of Jewett in the Bear Grass Field. On a 25/64-inch choke the well potentialed 971,000 cubic feet of gas in the Travis Peak.
