Freestone County
On adjustable choke, T.W. Lane Well No. 9 potentialed 1.452 million cubic feet of gas. This well was drilled by Lacy Operations in the North Mann Field 1.1 miles north of Kirvin. This well bottoms at 9,800 feet with production in Cotton Valley Sand formation.
On 48/64-inch choke, the West "B" Well No. 6 potentialed 4.440 million cubic feet of gas. Anadarko completed this well 1.9 miles southeast of Donie at 13,050 feet. Production is in Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.
Leon County
There have been three wells completed in Hilltop Resort Field by EnCana Oil & Gas:
The Carr-Navasot 1 is 3.6 miles southwest of Wealthy at 17,875 feet. On on a 18/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 19.505 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in Bossier formation.
The JCC Well 1 is 1.9 miles northwest of Wealthy at 15,920 feet. No test data was recorded. Production is in the Knowles formation.
Navasot Well 2 is three miles southwest of Wealthy at 18,129 feet. On 19/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 21.720 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Bossier formation.
Robertson County
EnCana completed seven wells:
The S. McLean A1 is 9.7 miles southeast of Franklin in John Amoruso Field at 17,570 feet. When gauged on a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 6.048 million cubic feet of gas.
McLean Well No. E6 is 10.5 miles northeast of Franklin inJohn Amoruso Field at 16,350 feet. On a 20/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 20.412 million cubic feet of gas.
Coulter Hoppess Unit Well 1 is 12.4 miles northeast of Franklin in John Amoruso Field at 18,200 feet. When gauged on a 21/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 16.938 million cubic feet of gas.
The Southworth 2 is 12.1 miles northeast of Franklin in Hilltop Resort Field at 18,560 feet. When gauged on a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 9.360 million cubic feet of gas.
R.L. Dodds Jr. Well 3 is 7.5 miles northeast of Franklin in John Amoruso Field at 16,800 feet. on a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 412,000 cubic feet of gas.
Landers Well 2 is 10.7 miles northeast of Franklin in John Amoruso Field at 16,200 feet. On a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.894 million cubic feet of gas.
The Louise Corn Unit Well 6 is 10 miles southwest of Franklin in the John Amoruso Field at 15,875 feet. On a 16/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 4.951 million cubic feet of gas.
Production for all wells is in Bossier formation.
