Freestone County

The H.C. Goolsby Well No. 3 will be drilled by Valence Operating to 13,000 feet six miles
south of Fairfield in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated)
Field. This well is in the John T. La Port Survey, A-398.

XTO Energy will drill the Wiebolt Gas Unit Well No. 15 to 13,200 feet 4.4 miles southwest of Dew in the Dew (Cotton Valley
Consolidated) Field. It is in the David Bullock Survey, A-56.

Limestone County
The Morton No. 1 Gas Unit Well No. 26 will be drilled by XTO Energy to 13,300 feet 13.9 miles southeast of Groesbeck
in the Juan L. Chavert Survey, A-4.

COMPLETIONS

Freestone County

XTO Energy completed three wells.
The A. Webb Well No. 23 hit 13,492 feet six miles northeast of Donie in the
Dew Field. On a 20/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.673 million
cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated.

The C.A. Newsome Estate Well No. 35 hit 12,208 feet 3.2 miles northwest of Donie in the Freestone Field. On a 24/64-inch choke the well potentialed 3.150 million cubic feet of gas. Production
is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.

The J.A. Gilliam Gas Unit Well No. 21 hit 11,793 feet 6.7 miles southwest of Teague in the Freestone Field. This well potentialed 672,000 cubic feet of gas on a 12/64-inch choke. Production
is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.

The Teague Field has seen XTO Energy complete two wells.

The Booth Gas Unit Well No. 1 hit 12,467 feet four miles northeast of Teague and potentialed 300,000 cubic feet of gas on a 12/64-inch choke.

The Kirsch Gas Unit Well No. 2B hit 11,953 feet 5.2 miles east of Teague and potentialed 520,000 cubic feet of gas on a
20/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier
Consolidated.

Leon County
EnCana Oil & Gas completed the Little 4 Ranch Well No. 2 to 17,775 feet 4.1 miles
southwest of Wealthy in the Hilltop Resort. On a 20/64-inch choke the
well potentialed 18.804 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the
Bossier.

EnCana Oil & Gas completed the Little 4 Ranch Well No. 5to 18,000 feet 4.2 miles
southwest of Wealthy in the Hilltop Resort Field. The well potentialed
19.368 million cubic feet of gas on a 22/64-inch choke. Production is in
the Bossier.

XTO Energy completed the Gail King Well No. 36H to 18,000 feet 6.7 miles northwest of Jewett
in the Bear Grass Field. On a 2/64-inch choke the well potentialed
564,000 cubic feet of gas in the Cotton Valley Consolidated.

Limestone County
Stroud Petroleum completed the Rogers Gas Unit Well No. 4 to 11,404 feet 8.5 miles west of Donie I the Freestone Field.
On a 28/64-inch choke the well potentialed 3.577 million cubic feet of
gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.

Robertson County
The Savell Field has seen the Spence Well No. 1 completed by Chesapeake Operating to
16,690 feet 2.2 miles northwest of Wheelock. On a 16/64-inch choke the
well potentialed 700,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Bossier
Sand.

XTO Energy completed two wells in the Bald Prairie Field:
The Holman Gas Unit Well No. 6 hit 13,440 feet 5.1 miles northwest of Franklin. On a 20/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.272 million cubic feet of gas.

The Duncan Gas Unit No. 2 Well No. 24 hit 13,081 feet 10.5 miles north of Franklin. On a 16/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.688 million cubic
feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated.

XTO Energy completed the Webb Gas Unit Well No. 3 hit 13,867 feet 4.5 miles north of Hearne in the Bald Prairie Field. On a 24/64-inch choke the well potentialed 854,000 cubic feet of gas.
Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated.

The Rafiki Well No. 1 is located 8.9 miles southeast of Franklin in the Ici Field. Burlington Resources Oil & Gas the
well to 7,520 feet. On an 18/64-inch choke the well flowed with 334
barrels of crude. Production is in the Georgetown.
