Freestone County
XTO Energy will drill three wells in the Cotton Valley-Bossier consolidated.

The Hugh Reed "A" Gas Unit Well No. 4 hit 13,200 feet 2.6 miles in the W.M.C. Jones Survey, A-14.
The Scarborough Gas Unit Well No. 2 hit 11,700 feet 9.4 miles northwest of Fairfield in the J. Mata Survey, A-414.
The Rogers Gas Unit Well No. 29 hit 12,900 feet 5.4 miles southeast of Teague in the Charles Killgore Survey, A-356.

The Ruby Middleton Gas Unit Well No. 12 will be drilled by XTO Energy to 12,800 feet 3.8 miles southwest of Fairfield in the W. Austin Survey,
A-41. It is in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field.

In a lease 3.6 miles southeast of Teague, XTO will drill the Irvin Gas Unit Well No. 17 to 12,400 feet in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field. The well is in the J.
Strickland Survey, A-551.

XTO Energy will drill the Butler Gas Unit Well No. 23 to 12,500 feet 3.1 miles southeast of Teague in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier
Consolidated) Field. It is in the F. O'Neal Survey, A-728.

XTO Energy will drill an additional well in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field to 13,600 feet. The well is 5.2 miles east of Teague in the J. McAnnulty Survey, A-409. The
well will be known as the Kirsch Gas Unit Well No. 27.

The Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field will see more production as XTO Energy will drill the Ham Gas Unit Well No. 31, the Hugh Reed "A" Gas Unit Well No. 6 and the Butler Gas
Unit Well No. 22.

The No. 31 is 3.6 miles southeast of Teague and will hit 2,500 feet in the R. Lawson Survey, A-375.

The No. 6 is 2.2 miles northeast of Fairfield and will hit 13,000 feet in the R. B.
Longbotham Survey, A-17.

The No. 22 is 3.4 miles southeast of Teague and will hit 12,500 feet in the R. Lawson Survey, A-375.

XTO Energy will drill the Fails Gas Unit Well No. 28 to 13,300 feet 3.2 miles southwest of Teague in the Freestone (Cotton Valley Bossier Consolidated) Field. It is in the J.L. Chavert Survey,
A-10.

XTO Energy will drill the Cagle Gas Unit Well NO. 18 to 13,000 feet in a lease 5.7 miles north of
Donie in the Freestone (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field. The
well is in the D. Bullock Survey, A-56.

Limestone County
Devon Energy will drill the Mildred Thompson Well No. 11 to 3,500 feet 13.5 miles southeast of Groesbeck in
the Freestone (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field. The well is
in the J.L. Chavert Survey, A-4.

XTO Energy will drill two wells to 13,200 feet in the Farrar (Cotton Valley Lime) Field. The Gibson Well No. 19 is 15.9 miles southeast of Groesbeck. The Gibson Well No. 20 is 15.7 miles
southeast of Groesbeck. Both are in the A.J. Click Survey, A-111 and may
be drilled in the Southeast Farrar, (Pettit and Travis) Fields.

In a lease 13.8 miles southeast of Groesbeck, XTO Energy will drill the S.J. Harlow Gas Unit Well No. 25 in the Freestone (Cotton Valley Bossier Consolidated) Field. The well will hit 13,300
feet. It is in the Chavert, J.L. Survey, A-4.

Devon Energy will drill two wells to 13,500 feet in the Freestone (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field.

The Mildred Thompson Well No. 17 and Mildred Thompson No. 21. Well No. 17 is 12.9 miles southeast of Groesbeck. No.
21 is 13.9 miles southeast of Groesbeck. Both are in the J.L. Chavert
Survey, A-4.
