I own approximately 1 acre in T17 R13 S19.  Does anyone know how I go about getting leased?  We have never been approached by a company, even at the peak of gas prices a couple years ago.

You are in an urban area, where no units have been formed.  While the eastern half of 17N-13W has many production units, the western half of 17N-13W along with all of 17N-14W has no production units.   There is nothing you can do about it.  Sorry.
