Desoto Parish has offers of $10,000 per acre.

North Desoto Parish has offers over $20,000.00 in some areas

DeSoto Parish Section 20 T14N 14W has written offer for $15k/25% that we will not be taking too low. Do your research people. Ask ShaleGeo on this site where your land is in relation to the shale. South South Mansfield, Benton West have not begun to go up to the prices it will when more well info is made public. TCB
