Chesapeake has a "Hotline" you can call (405-879-3795). Be ready to give them a description of your property (Section, Township, Range).

CHK is purchasing leases in your area. I know of a 100 acre owner who leased for $12,500/acre with 25% royalty this week. TCB

Now that is alot of money !! Could you tell me the area that you are refering to? My location is sec 24 T11 R12. I hope that it is close to me, maybe they will call me before too long. Thanks again for the info
