LInda,

They've been doing this a couple of months but only on one section. I have wells in two other sections and they are not making the deductions (gathering and fuel).

Hey Lawrence,

 

I have three producing wells with Chesapeake, but they just started taking deductions on two of them.  All three are in different sections, and one is even in a different Township and Range.  I sent them an email to find out why they started doing this, but haven't received a reply.  Hopefully, I'll hear back from them later this week.

Hey Gang,

 

Guess what....... Chesapeake just sent an email informing me that they made a mistake in taking deductions on my last royalty check, and a correction will be made!!!!  I'll let you know how long it takes to get my refund.

The adjustment was made on the royalty check that I received on February 2nd.
