Looks like they are fishing for copper tubing after fracing
the hole. This does not look good.

Hey Harley-----I bet it is going to be a good well. Fishing for copper is not bad. You all will have to hire someone to help you tote the money around. I looked at the wells in 19 and 30 of 11 14 and I believe both of them had that on sonris.
Actually Sonris' update says "Fishing Coil Tubing". Although I'm not an expert, I can say coil tubing is a unit they use to perform various processes to a well. If you've seen a semi-trailer with a very large spool containing tubing approximately 2 inches in diameter, that's a Coiled tubing unit. They use them to clean the well out with high pressure through the tubing, directional drill, fracturing or stimulation,, etc. My guess is they are cleaning the Marr well getting it ready to to see what it has to offer in gas production. The next posting should be waiting on state potential.

You can see a coiled tubing unit here...http://www.calfrac.com/Docs/Service_Line_Equipment/Coiled_Tubing/De...
Fox,

Actually on the Sec#19 well, they were bit fishin' with some of Ole' Charley's Stink Bait and a #3 treble hook.

". . . hey Granpa ! , What's fer supper? . . . "
G--thanks for the information. Is this a normal process for the haynesville and cotton valley wells? Is the state potential done for the state ?
Hey Lan-(sonny boy)
Looks like fried spoonbill catfish, wild herb salad, with dinosaur eggs, and cold spring fed creek water to drink. Thats back in the day, huh?
Hey Lanadan-------also throw a wild boar hog ham in there, wrapped in mud, cooked in coals.
Fox,

When the well is close to going on line, the state will determine the potential of the well and then set the production rate.

Coil tubing is used all over the place for doing all kinds of things to well. In the Marr well's case, again, my guess is it is cleaning the well out for production.
