Received notification from Office of Conservation today that Chesapeake has filed to form Unit HA RA SU K in Section 25, T12N, R13W. (Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A)

Hearing for HA RA SUK will be on 12 May (S25-T12N-R13W). It appears that Chesapeake has nearly finished the pad preparation, although it still needs rock, and is pulling most of equipment off.
Here is a photo of Site status taken 4/7/09 (look at attachments)

Chesapeake spudded the well on May 20, according to SONRIS and they are drilling ahead.
They did indeed spud that well -- Briarwood25 #1 -- on May 20. Thanx
