royalty payments for the well on our property seem low.

we are 79 acres of a 643 tract with well structure on the 79 acres.

25% royalty

production of gas is between 60000mcf and 140000mcf per month.

our royalty payment have been less than $500.00 per quarter.

Can  this be right?

It is always better to send a certified letter instead of calling the company.

Also, It looks like your well is producing 60MMCf a month. But it still looks like your RI is off on the division order.
