The well is online. Not sure what it IP'd at but is currently flowing 2-3 mcfd
Thanks...now what is IP and is 2-3 mcfd good? What happens next with the mineral rights owners in the section...do we eventually get paid something?
IP is the initial production rate. Looked to be around 4 mcfd or so. 2-3 mcfd is looking pretty average for these wells in our area. Although they are all choked back. Our well in sec 22 came online Dec 15th. We recieved our division orders in April to sign and send back and recieved our first check shortly after the first of May. The first check was for December, January, and February. It basically takes about 4 mos to get division orders after the well goes online. You should see something around October. Good Luck
