Update on well in section 25(36)-T11N-R12W Well, serial #241342

Hi,

Does anyone have any new information on this well, other than what is being reported on Sonris? Sonris reports that it reached td in early September.  Any chance that it will be completed soon?

Thanks

My well came in at 6552 mcfd, 8955 flowing pressure with a 14/64 choke. Is this a decent well?
Yes.  A good average  HA horizontal well.
Thanks Skip.

Skip,

I received my "estimated" division order, and I signed it and sent it back. Is there a "final" division order to be signed, before I receive a royalty check?

Thanks

Did the "estimated division order" come from Petrohawk?
Yes
Interesting.  None of my clients have received a DO from Petrohawk yet though several will soon.  And none have ever received an "estimated DO" from any of the other operators.  It makes me wonder if HK have a title issue with one or more of the other royalty interests in the unit.  If you reviewed your decimal interest and it was correct as to your percentage of the unit acres, I don't think you will be affected by whatever is causing this to be an estimated DO.

Yes, the decimal interest is correct.  I think I will call their "Hotline" , and see if I can get an explanation.

Thanks

If your decimal interest is correct, hopefully HK will begin paying those mineral interests that have clear title and have signed their estimated DO's.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
