I was trying to find some help regarding what people are being paid for right of ways on the STERLING III pipeline and it was suggested to me to try "District 3 Oil & Gas"  that i would find people in here that could help me i have 2 questions- 1.)  does anybody know what the going rate is being paid per rod?   2.) Are there any guidelines regarding the distance between a pipeline and a home, i ask this because the line is going in less than 200ft from my front door, and that just seems a little to close and are there other homes that close to the pipeline.  i would appreciate any help available, thank you

East Texas Rates start at > $300 per rod plus crop damages (timber etc.) not sure what is being paid in Oklahoma

OW if say it might harm their line so be sure to make them responsible for fixing road crossings for heavy trucks etc.
