Interesting. Does anyone know a way to access from the LDBR website a map of the nominated tracts? Thanks.
I see that the state lease sale was today. If I am reading this correctly, tract number 45077 in East Feliciana, which was 2,187.780 acres, was bid on by Kila exploration llc, for $520 per acre and 22.5% royalty and also by Conoco Phillips for $910 per acre with 25% royalty. Also tract number 45078 - also in East Feliciana, which is 1,478.306 acres was bid on as well by Kila exploration LLC for $520 per acre and 22.5% royalty and also bid on by Conoco Phillips for $636 per acre and 25% royalty
