New Lease offers in Lincoln Parish

Received a call today for property in the Choudrant area. Wildhorse is offering $300 and 1/4. Thoughts?

Really sounds like a very decent offer for that area.

That's the offer we got, for 3 years, and an option for 2 more years at the same rate. I heard that earlier it was $250 and 20%.
