Initial reports said that three were from Sabine County, but it has now been learned that the fourth man is from San Augustine County, and he is a recently elected County Commissioner, awaiting his swearing-in on January 1st, 2013.
The blast occurred at about 8:30 at the Conoco-Phillips Lost Cabin Natural Gas Plant, located near Casper.
ToledoChronicle.com is reporting that Dwayne Bennett's condition has been upgraded, although more specific details were not available.
Cody Clark is alert and talking, although he is reported to have second and third degree burns to his face, arms, and hands.
Chris Lowe has serious burns to his hands that will likely require skin grafts, while the burns to his face are less serious.
Joey Holloway, of Broaddus, who recently won the San Augustine County election for Precinct 3 County Commissioner, is said to be in good condition, with a concussion.
What caused the explosion remains under investigation.
