South of San Augustine Tx

We are trying to find out were its hot right now in San Augustine County... Many people south of 705 have already sign on for $1000.00 and acre... We are holding out , because we think its worth more than that.... Please need info asp..... take care all and good luck!!!

Let's keep trying to find out how hot is in San Augustine. I know one person that said he is signing for $5000 an ac. on Wednesday.

JC, you have land on 103 ours is on 705 after ykou pass mrs woods house turn left on dirt rd.. our cow paster is down there.. pass joe hanks... they have already sigh, not sure who with though... we have 30 acres sister in law has 40 on down 705 before holly grove chruch turn left on dirt rd.... people down there have sign to at 1000.00 acres. its worth more than 1000.00 . thats why we have not sign anything.. keep me in tounch.... good luck

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
