Activity appears to be picking up around Zwolle again 8N-12W-14 & 15. I and several other people have been contacted recently by Blanchard Land & Assoc. They were leasing in this area last year but suddenly stopped. It seems like they just leased enough tracts to tie-up a few units and are now coming back to sweep up the remaining tracts. Last year the going rate was $1000/acre & 20% with no processing/transportation costs. Has anyone heard of any better offers lately in the west central Louisiana area ?
