I want you to get a better deal than Jack Blake!

Jack Blake is signing today with CGGVeritas for $25.00/acre, with a favored nations clause(if they pay any other landowners more per acre, they will have to pay me more to match the higher amount), 18 month max clause and a clause that they will repair all damages and leave land as it was found. Jack is in T10N R11W Section 23.

Jack Blake wanted to let all the Haynesville Shale Brothers know what he is signing today as the guy may show up with a confidentiality clause also and that will mean Jack can't say any more.

Waaaaahhhhhooooooooo Haynesville Shale was the rallying cry!!!!

$25.00 an acre!!!!! Is this an out right insult or is it just me? It probably cost them more than that to process the paperwork.

Thank you for generously sharing info. I signed at $15 with Veritas, but had a favorite nation clause. We'll see if Veritas pays up.

Did anyone else out there sign for $25? I could use all the ammo I can get when I go back for my extra $10/acre.

Ohhhh- Favored Nations. Jack signed for $15.00 /acre and $10.00/acre for prepaid crop damage. There is no crops, so I bet that is how they will get out of paying you the extra ten.
