Does anyone know anything about the well that is in the Goodwin community in san augustine county? Supposed to be fracing the heck out of it now. Any information is appreciated!

The fracing process has been happening for a little less than two weeks off & on. The fracing camera grid should be operational in the area for this well. MicroSeismic installed the cameras back in March. IMO, Encana is being very cautious in the steps to completion. They want maximun return on the 1st HS well in the area.
I ran by there tonight a while ago. Yea they are still fracing it looks like. They have a hard line ran all the way from attoyac river to the location. Talk about water shortage. Thats like 5 miles or so. The up and coming gold is not oil neither gas. Simply WATER.
And we're between Blackstone & the Attoyac. Perfect opportunity for you, Encana....
Word on the streets says that that well is a gusher.
Can this be the well that was rumored to be east of town and larger than the Kardell???
These are going to be west south west of town though.
They are bulding a new pad in front of this well !!!!
i must see this
When I was there last weekend, I talked to one of the guys while watching them building the pad for the second well. He said they are planning to drill a third and possibly squeeze a fourth well all on that same site. If so, it is going to be crowded. It sure would be nice if they would move a little South.

The tank trucks continue to haul away fluid (24/7).
Pardon my lack of knowledge but are they hauling away fracking fluid or water or both? If both then is that a bad sign if it is 24/7?
Encana leased alot of acreage in the immediate area of this well for a premium fee in 2008. I don't understand why they would focus on so many wells in one unit with undrilled leases expiring in a few months? They must have hit a motherload to start a gas factory so soon.
There you go with that "M" word, LOL! You'll have Cheerleader all worked up again.
