Has anyone heard anything, gotten DO's or received Royalty checks from EOG for Victoria Ann, Nolte or any of their others around there? Headed toward the three year mark on a lot of these wells since going into production and we are still waiting... just had another 'third party' Landman contact us for information on our Social Security, family affiliation and other information on behalf of EOG... these contract agreements on the leases were originally made by Southwestern and Cabot almost five years ago!

This is another of those....'any information would be helpful'...

I recieved my first royalty check from EOG for Victoria Anne in July of this year

Patrick - Thank you!

Tthat is about when the EOG Landman contacted us for the additional information... who knows... maybe for Christmas??? Our family has multiple wells around there that have been drilled, so maybe we will have a nice present sometime soon!

Was it a decent amount for what they have been pumping to date? ><(((({ * ,>

This is getting to be really weird with EOG... every month, they say next month... then nothing... then they say next month again... still no D.O. sent out... however they keep that straw sucking on the hole!

Just to update... just recieved a small royalty check from EOG last weekend, but still no D.O. on any of the four wells... check had some 'interesting' deductions for transportation, clean up, permits, taxes, production and several others line items. Overall the 'extra' deductions ate up about 60% of the total Royalty... and I recieved a bill from San Augustine County Tax offices for 'late 2012 taxes' on these wells for amounts that exceed event the grand total of the check before all of the deductions.

Has anyone else had issues with EOG or the County like this.... are am I just 'special'...

A Division Order at last on the Nolte well... now the wait for the other three begins...

Okay... received 2nd check with only 30% deductions for Production cost... now I received another 'Past Due' tax notice from San Augustine County for the Victoria Ann unit, which to date I have not received Royalties or a Division Order on. I doubt I will ever figure out how Texas O&G works, but as long as the Royalties keep trickling in, I guess I'll be happy... keeps paying for my fishing lures!
