Do the landowners have any rights to see their 3D? If not, can they pay to see it? If so, how much? Or even a report would be nice if you can't see the actual 3D. Anybody have any experience with this?

No rights to the data whatsoever.

if the mineral owner negotiated in contract when permitted seismic to be run..could they not have negotiated to see seismic or negoitated this directly with lessor of the minerals if minerals leased?
That is correct RBH. You must negotiate to see the data on the front end.
