Does anyone have any insight as to where this survey is located?  I have been searching a few maps that I have been able to find but I have not been able to locate the survey.   Any help would be great!

If you don't have this already, you can use this link from the Texas Railroad Commission to search out these sort of questions:

Looks like that JH Fox survey actually is partially in Shelby and partially in San Augustine Co. It is Abstract# 215 in Shelby and 664 in SA.

Right near the intersection where Shelby, San Augustine and Sabine Counties meet up.
