Trucks, loaded with pipe, drilling rig all kinds of equipment coming down and up East

Kings Hwy, and turning in at Bagley Road for the last two days.  Anyone know what it

going on?

Green tape on post.  Was a sign up last week for about a day.  Just had another big truck

go down Bagley Road.  They have a police car at Bagley Road to stop traffic as the rigs make the

wide turn onto Bagley.

Petrohawk has this unit and three more that require wells to retain the leases in 17N - 13W.  I suspect they will drill them all between now and the end of the year.

Skip,

Thanks for the info.  I'm in section 34 and leased to Petrohawk.  Do you

think I'm one of the other three?

Yes.
What section will well #243449 produce from?  Thank you.
Section 34.

Skip, thanks for your reply.  Guess I will ask another way.

What section will get royalties from this well.  I am in sec.34

and leased to Petro but I haven't received any notice or info

on forming a unit.

Section 34.  If you did not receive a notice letter from Petrohawk when they applied for the unit you were either not contacted because the available address information for you was incorrect or you do not appear in the public record as an owner of minerals within the unit.  Call Petrohawk and ask.

Thanks for your reply.  I looked back through my records and found a letter dated

Dec. 1 2009 for 2 additional drilling units and a map.

The letter of course they never mentioned 34 -always theoretical sec 37, but I now

see 34 on their map.  Again, thanks for your advice and patience.   Rig is up !!

Whoa! Been out of town for a while and this thread is throwing me.  I have property on Bagley Rd. and have been waiting (impatiently) for division order for other well in that unit (well #241366).  Now, after reading this thread I look on the Sonris map and find #243449 almost on top of the first one.  Am I reading this right and that's a second well?

Bruno, if you do not own minerals in Section 27, you will be waiting a long time for a division order for #241366.  Although the well heads are located on the same pad in Section 34, they are drilling into different sections.  If you own minerals in Section 34, then the newer well, #243449, is yours.  Keep in mind that the surface location isn't important.  It's the PBHL (Proposed Bottom Hole Location) that tells which section is being produced.  That and the number followed by "H" at the end of the well name.  You can still log on to GHS when you are out of town!
Oh, that's sickening...can't believe I never noticed the H number on the well name before.  Appreciate you clearing that up.  I have spoken to PH several times and they have not seen fit to clue me in. Grrr.
