It is a pre-conference notice of a unit application for the Upper Tuscaloosa Sand by Texas Petroleum Investment Company.  Note that the pre-conference in Hammond will not be held unless someone on the Interested Party list (including those who have received this notice) requests the meeting.  This is a required notice to those with mineral interests in or immediately adjacent to the two units covered, SUA and SUB (Sand Unit A and Sand Unit B.  Did she also get a copy of the unit application?  If so, please post that as it will have additional information.
