So I just received a notice for a proposed unit.

Now the part i do not understand is that my acreage is not within the unit but my east property line is the units west line.

Did I get this just because I am an adjacent land owner?

Also, what are the chances of them forming another unit directly to the west that would include my little piece of ground?

Thanks for the help
