Good to know. Thanks, Mr. Les.
Great! Hope they come to S. Webster Parish
It is good to see the membership increase in Webster Parish recently, it has been as quiet as the leasing activity. Things should begin picking up in this area within the next 12 months and hopefuly prove to be events of good news.
What part of Webster Parish looks good? What about section 36 up around springhill? anything happening there?
Missy. You can track activity in your area by going to the SONRIS Help Center (use this link or click on the group on the Main Page.

I suggest you read the discussions: Basic well search by section - township-range and How to track development activity .....
Missy, what is the township and range for Section 36?
Missy,

Is your land in Township 23 N or 22N? Range 11 or 12 W? I am very interested in stuff in north part of Webster.
I just returned to Phoenix from 2 weeks on Lake Erling. Trying to improve some wells over in Shongaloo area whre I grew up. Hope water has gone down in Bodcaw, Dorcheat, etc.
has anyone heard any info about how the well is going or if they made a well in this bellvue field, the lack of postings seems like maybe nothing happened ? im on a dial up network which makes going to the sonris site agonizing...
Crtbrll, the well has reached but not completed so no test information is yet available. Of course this is a vertical well so may not give a true indication of the potential.
so this well is a vertical haynesville shale well ?
Crtbrll, yes - this is a vertical Haynesville Shale well.
Les,

If a vertical well may not give a true indication of potential, do you think a vertical well gives any indication of potential.

I guess I am trying to figure out if they drill a vertical well and the results are, for example, 1 mmcfd or 8mmcfd, what results could you draw from the information (in your opinion)?

Just trying to understand if vertical wells completed in the future can provide any information as to potential in the area.... Didn't a vertical well in Natchitoches prove that area to be viable?

THANKS,

Jules Clement
