@Bigfoot, those leases are pretty dated by now If you have something within the last 6 months follow the add prompts just above the database.

Keith:

Since I didn't have the spread sheet in my eyes at the time I made the previous request, I'm sending the information again.

Keith:

If we just want to add a lease offer, what's the process.  I have a number of leases that were signed on or about November 2010.  Effective date is:  November 15, 2010, $1200/20% for 5 years.

Keith,

I sent you an email about the Lease Offer database, but since you have not responded, I will post it here:

I entered the data for my lease offer into your site.  The first time I did not notice how to enter the county.  Apparently the site entered the first county on the Texas list "Anderson"   I looked at the entry page again and figured out that there is a delay before the county entry box appears after you enter the state.  I reentered the info with the correct county "Sabine".

How do I get the incorrect entry removed.
incorrect data:  6/1/2012, Texas - Anderson, 25%, $1000, 101 acres

Keith, are these leases from all over the United States?  That's ambitious and potentially very helpful to all kinds of people.

Right now it looks like by parish/county, a very big area. Can it be scoped down by township/range? I like this for being able to see at a glance gas leasing around the US or in the HS.

Oh, one question - this lease looks 2 years out of date. Is that right? It's up for renewals?

Pennsylvania-Butler County 10/26/2010 15.00% $2500.00 5 years 16.50
