Ladyzirp, what a surprise to see someone from Richmond Hill on here. As to your question about whether or not your lease offer is a good one or not, I cannot advise you what to do, although I know what I would do. I have friends who have land in same section and they had same offer last week. I think they are mulling over it now. My daughter lived in Richmond Hill until couple of years ago. You probably saw Angela
whites name on lots of real estate there. She moved to Tucson but still sells real estate in Richmond Hill.
