Progress was made on both fronts. It appears the engineers have replicated the problem on their end, so they now know how to trouble shoot.

We also continue to advance toward a permanent solution and hope to have it in place by the middle of next week.

GMS Member,

First, let me start of by apologizing for those of you who can't get on GMS. I started noticing issues last week and it ballooned into a near-complete meltdown by Friday. I have been on our server provider's tail trying to get answers. The odd thing is that it is only affecting GMS and not the other two websites in the network.

So, we have bad and good news. The bad news is that answers are slow in coming. The good news is that this,and previous, issues have prompted us to begin the process for finding a permanent solution that will set GMS up for future success. We are in advanced stages of implementing the solution. Stay tuned for updates on 1) GMS accessibility and 2) Movement toward our permanent solution.
