Its not a production line but rather a mouse hole that was not properly filled.

if the location wouldn't have been a foot under water when they rigged up they would've been able to see the freshly buried line

If they had not put the outrigger directly over the production line which was just dug a couple days before... But being optimistic, they could do a good under truck inspection at this time, LOL..
