I have talked with you in the blog about the Panagea Land Co. Our draft was due to be paid on 12/9 and today the land man told me it would not be paid at $12,000, but offered $1,500. I found out (or at least he said) that the lease had been recorded at the courthouse. He basically told me that the $1,500 is better than any other offers now, and it would again be a 45 day draft. Do you have an attorney? Is he/she in Marshall? Please share any comments that you have that can shed some light on what steps we need to take next.
