you know, I don't know if comments are private. It is a lot to take in, though. My Mom would have signed the first offer in 2007 for $200 an acre if we hadn't intervened. She is in her 80's and that was the most she had ever heard of in her lifetime. So, she turned it over to my sisters and me (only 3 girls in family) to handle. I do know that the best thing you can do when you do have a firm offer that you agree on is hire an attorney to develop an exhibit A wih addendums that will protect you.
