Big Daddy,

   Boy I'm a year late in responding!  Has it been that long since I've been on the site?  Thanks for the lawyer name. Went with another lawyer but not sure I did so well on the ROW payment rate. May contact him on an estate planning matter. Need to find out what options there are for consolidating a bunch of small interests in several parishes that will eventually have to be split 3 ways upon my passing. I may peruse the blogs to see if this issue has been addressed before. Thanks again from Chicago!

BD. I'm thinking more of fresh water for fracing. Now if you could pipe fresh water out to the pads and pipe the used frac water back to a treatment facility, you could write your own ticket.
