I hope that we are close to getting something finalized also. I have spoken with Kassi Fitzgerald in your group. I also joined up with what we have, Rusty's and Bennie's property and some of my neighbors. I know that you have great representation there and I am sure you will do well. Look at my Blog post that has some additional lease clauses in it and make sure that you have something similar or better.
