I cannot tell you what the leases or worth in that county, but if you are in the Haynesville or Barnett Shale it's worth more than $150.00 and 16.6% Royality. I would first seek an attorney I trusted in the Oil and Gas Arena, and then I would negotiate the best deal possible with the lawyers approval, but that is what I would do, I'm not advising you what to do.
