HI! Randy Pearson and Fred Binning are heading up a group for our neighborhood. Randy told Tony yesterday morning that they had contacted a lawyer that had agreed to represent us for 1%. That is really all I know as of now. I am so glad that our neighborhood is coming together on this. There is so much to think about other than the initial bonus. I have researched a lot since Bryan went to the meeting last week. I have looked up both the Fortress Management and the Wikki Industries. I really don't think we made a bad decision by not signing. Time will tell. Vickie Welborn is writing a story about all of it for The Times. She said it may not be in tomorrow's edition, but if not, it will be in Thursday's edition. She has contacted Chesapeake and guess what? They have no contract with Fortess Management to represent on their behalf. They told her they have never heard of them. Also, she said that even though they stated the deadline was Monday, they accepted no papers on Monday. They also refused to give anything to those who didn't find out about it until the weekend. I really hope it comes together for all of the people that did sign.
