Hi John. Just sent you a message to offer to help answer any questions you have during the leasing process. You can reach me at (318) 469-0454 if you need me. Good luck!
John, ask for referrals to O&G firms in your general vicinity, there ought to be some in BR. What you want is an experienced firm that specializes in O&G. The reason for this is two fold. First, they can help you get the lease terms important to your particular situation, secondly, they may have other clients for whom they are currently assisting with leases in your area by companies active there. If you can't find a relatively local O&G attorney, I will refer you to mine. Although he is in Shreveport, he has already assisted clients to lease 40,000 acres for the AC. Good luck, Skip
