Kane, congrads....first off i only have 20 ac. on 171 south (noble area) I havent advertised it but comstock has offered 6000.00 p/a i think i am going to take it,my wife where i live is unleased. Think i may have her 6000 with cheasapeake. 20 ac. here ( mitchell com.) Should know soon...she is in her 34th year of teaching at converse high, we have been married for six years. My understanding is that Chesapeake or an affiliate made the offer. I may have the exact name later, Audubon has also been active for Shell. Thay are out of Lafayette LA.
