Several neighbors signed 4 weeks ago and still havent recived their moneys.Im sure their leases will be resold.We will be given a check at signing not a draft. Maybe its a good thing that your just now getting this going instead of at the begining.
I also own 3 acres in Sabine Parish next to 40 my uncle in North Carolina owns, I called him in March to inform him on the shale and he had already signed at 175 an acre in November.He would have made a million if he would have signed today. Sad thing hes a bussiness man President of a large company and he didnt have a clue to the play.Im gonna hold with the group.
