hello marty, I haven't seen you in a while, This is mike sepulvado, tim sepulvado's brother. Mary and i still have the green house just past springridge church going north on hwy 175. hope you are doing well? marty,
someone may have already contacted you regarding your land but i am finding that putting your land out for bid is the best way to get higher pricing for the lease. we did this by putting our acreage with other peoples and put them out for bid through an attorney. the rates around belmont are 5100 to 7500 through chesapeake and i've heard of higher rates. however, i wouldn't settle for less than 7500. hope this helps.
